The annual report of the Masterton Girl Guides’ Association states:—During the year we lost Miss Nance Allen from the Weraiti pack, her appointment to a school out of Masterton making it impossible for her to carry on with Brownie work. H. Hill. The death occurred in the Masterton Hospital this morning of Mrs Lily Alexandra Stroak, of Dixon Street, at the age of 79 years.
