GLOOMY OUTLOOK
FOR ITALIANS IN BALKANS. YUGOSLAV & GREEK ACTIVITY. (Received This Day, 11.0 a.m.) LONDON, July 26. The position of the Italian troops in the Balkans seem likely to become even unhappier as a result of the political events in Italy. General Mikhailovitch's partisans will now increase their efforts to make the lives of the Italian soldiers unbearable. Armed resistance in Greece, which is growing in strength and is now thoroughly well organised, is also likely to increase the weight of operations against the Axis.
