ABRASIVES AND DRAWING AND MATHEMATICAL INSTRUMENTS CONTROL NOTICES, 1943. rpHE Factory Controller has issued the r above named notices gazetted 22nd and in force 23rd July, 1943, directing that with respect to abrasive papers, cloths, wheels, grains, grits, powders, stones, sticks, and to hones; and to drawing compasses, dividers (including spring bow), bar rolling and parallel rules, set and tee squares, protractors, scales, French and Railway curvgs, spring bow pens and pencils, ruling pens and slide rules, (i) NO IMPORTER OR WHOLESALER of them shall SELL OR OTHERWISE DISPOSE of or USE ANY OF THEM except with prior witten consent of the Factory Controller or in accord with his directions. (ii) EVERY IMPORTER OR WHOLESALER holding on July 23, 1943, any stocks of them shall by August 5, 1943, FURNISH to the Factory Controller COMPLETE WRITTEN DETAILS of the stock, including types and quantities, (iii) WITHIN SEVEN DAYS of the importation of any of them the IMPORTER SHALL FURNISH to the Factory Controller full WRITTEN PARTICULARS of the importation.
