POWER STATIONS IN BELGIUM ATTACKED FROM LOW LEVEL. DAMAGE TO ENEMY TRANSPORT. LONDON, July 23. Home-based R.A.F. aircraft ’ were out over Europe in daylight today. Boston bombers attacked two power stations in Belgium. In one attack, made from a height of 50 feet, the bombs were seen to enter the main buildings of tlie target. Tho biddings, believed to be turbine and switch houses, were completely destroyed. Observation of results was difficult in the second attack because the airmen had to take evasive action owing to anti-aircraft gunfire. ' Enemy transport was also attacked, two locomotives being destroyed, eight damaged and several barges shot up.
