CASTLEPOINT COUNTY COUNCIL. TVTOTICE is hereby given that the Castlepoint County Council, pursuant to the Rating Act, 1925, intends at its next meeting to be held on the 9th day of August, 1943, to make and levy for the period commencing the Ist day of April, 1943, and ending the 31st day of March, 1944, the following General Rates on the Capital Value (reduced by 25 per cent thereof in, accordance with the provisions of the Valuation of Land Amendment Act, 1933) of all rateable property as appearing on the Valuation Rolls of the County of Castlepoint in force for the said period. In the North Riding a General Rate of two pence in the pound. In the South Riding a General Rate of one and*seven sixteenths of a penny in the pound. In the East Riding a General Rate of one and nine sixteenths of a penny in the pound. In the West Riding a General Rate of one and seven-eighths of a penny in the pound. That such general rate shall be payable at the County Office on the 16th day of August, 1943, and that a rebate of 3| per cent, be allowed on such general rate if the demand is paid in full within thirty days from the date thereof.
