AND IN SERIOUS CONDITION. EXPLOSION OF GELIGNITE IN CAMP. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) BLENHEIM, This Day. Severe injuries, necessitating the amputation of a foot were sustained by Lance-Corporal C. W. McMillan as a result of an explosion in a military camp last night. McMillan, wh'ose condition is serious, was on picket duty when he was injured by the explosion of a plug of gelignite. A military inquiry is being held. McMillan belongs to Collingwood. His next of kin is his sister, Mrs Herbert Mayo, of Strathmore, near Stratford!
