DEBATE OPENED IN HOUSE OF COMMONS. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright (Received This Day, 11.0 a.m.) LONDON, July 20. The Lord Privy Seal (Sir John Anderson) opened the pensions debate in the House of Commons today, when the proposals contained in the Government's White Paper were discussed. Sir John Anderson said: “All reasonable demands are being substantially met. The conclusions of the War Cabinet are fully justified on a balance of considerations.”
