JAPANESE PLANE SIGHTED’ OFF CEYLON. LONDON, July 19. For the first time for a year, a Japanese aircraft has been seen off Ceylon, when a plane appeared off the east coast early this morning. Anti-aircraft guns went into action. There are no reports of any bombs having been dropped.
