WAIRARAPA v WELLINGTON. MATCH AT LANSDOWNE TOMORROW. Wairarapa followers of hockey will have the opportunity of seeing a brilliant exposition of the game at Lansdowne on Saturday afternoon when the Wairarapa and Wellington senior teams will me*et. Hockey is increasing in popularity in the Wairarapa and as a result there should be a large attendance to witness the contest between two strong teams, who specialise in clever stick work and fast combined tactics. Mr G. Hayne will act as referee, and the charge for admission will be six pence. The game will commence at 2.30 p.m.
