ART EXHIBITION
£ll FOR PRISONERS OF WAR PARCEL FUND. A sum of £ll was received in door takings and donations at the Masterton Art Club’s exhibition, which concluded yesterday in the Bannister Street Hall. This money has been handed over to the Prisoners of War Parcel Fund, per Mrs F. C. Daniell. The club wishes to thank all who helped in any way with the exhibition, especially Mr J. H. Cunningham, who had catalogues of the pictures, etc., on exhibition prepared and printed. Much of the success of the exhibition was due to the untiring work of the secretary, Miss L. Cockerill, and of the treasurer, Miss C. Cockerill. It was largely the results of their personal efforts that such a large number of exhibits were forthcoming.
