SOUTH AFRICAN ELECTION. (By Telegraph—Press Association -Copyright) (Received This Day, Noon.) JOHANNESBURG, July 8. South Africa went to the polls yesterday. The poll is believed to have been a record. The results are ex® pected between July 18 and 22. The delay is due to the transmission of ballot papers from scattered service men.
