FALL FROM POLE
LINESMAN DIES FROM INJURIES. (Bv Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, July 8. Daniel Ridden, aged 28. of Spreydon, Christchurch, died in the Christchurch Hospital today from injuries received at Hororata on Saturday. Mr Ridden, an electrical linesman, fell from a power pole, receiving head injuries and concussion.
