FIRST VOTE IN DAIL.
UNCOMPROMISING STAND.

The Dail approved the Government team nominated by Mr de Valera by 67 votes to 51, the Farmers’ Party abstaining from voting.
Mr de Valera, replying to Opposition criticism, said his party would not deviate in the slightest from the path it would have pursued if it had obtained a majority over ali other parties.
In winding up the debate in the Dail on the nominations for Ministerial positions. Mr de Valera hinted at another general election. “If there is to be good government, the peope must be appealed to again.” he said. “They now see the result of their voting and the position they have created. It rests with them to remedy that position."
