NAZI BANDITS
ENGAGED IN MASSACRE & ATROCITY. WARNED BY THE RUSSIAN AUTHORITIES. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, July 1. The Russian military authorities have disclosed the existence of a brutal German order which was found on a dead captain of the 13th German Police Regiment. The order states that if the population supports partisans they should be seized and put into camps, but if there is no time to detain them they should be wiped out.
This order, the Russian authorities say. gives every Hitlerite bandit the right to carry out every kind of atrocity on civilians in the occuped territory, but the murderers should remember that they will have an answer for all their crimes and that not a single one will escape retribution.
