SATURDAY’S GAMES
On Saturday the Air Force seniors will meet the Combined team at Rugby Park at 2.30 p.m., and Carterton will play the Army at Featherston at 1.30 p.m. TEAMS FOR SATURDAY. The combined team to play Air Force on Saturday will be as follows:—Ewington. Stewart. Roys, Morgan. Copp. Hounslow, Eraggins. Gill, O’Shea. Whyborn. Cruickshanks, Burling, Smith. Golder. Grabavac, Waaka and Blake. The Masterton A grade team to play College at the College grounds at 2.30 p.m. will be as follows:—O’Shea, Batty, Gray, Simonsen. Wishart. Price. Scandrett. Broughton. Taplin, Duley, Porter. Clay, McNab. Reid. Marsh. Dewar, Munn. Stewart. Rawiri and Russell.
The Masterton B grade team to play Carterton at Carterton. at 2.30 p.m. will be as follows:—Perry, Gilliland. Foreman, Simonsen, Liddington, Cliff Robinson. Jury, Shaw. Cross, O'Shea, Fly I2i, Gray <2l. Curry. Root. Logan and Martin. In a letter to the Wellington Rugby Union the Wairarapa Rugby Union sought a visit from a Wellington third grade team this season, but it was decided to reply pointing out that there was little prospect of sending a team. ,
