POLLING UNLIKELY TO BE HEAVY. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.55 a.m.) LONDON June 22. After a whirlwind general election campaign, the citizens of Eire are voting today, under the proportional representation system, with 355 candidates for 137 seats. Owing to the ban on the use of motor-cars, electors journeyed to the polls in waggonettes, jaunting cars, traps, coal drays . and milk carts. The total poll is not likely to be heavy. The counting of votes begins tomorrow and will continue until June 26.
