ATLANTIC AIR SERVICE

ESTABLISHED BY CANADA. FOR MEMBERS OF FORCES AND OFFICIALS. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY. June 17. The Canadian authorities in London announced that arrangements have been completed for the immediate setting un of a Canadian Government war time Trans-Atlantic air service to carry mail to and from the Canadian armed forces in Britain, and also to carry members of the forces, of Government Departments and technicians engaged in producing war materials. The service will not be commercial or permanent It will not carry fare-paying passengers. More than 250,000 members of the Canadian armed forces are stated to be now in Britain.
