Jeanette McDonald and Brian Aherne, with a great, supporting cast, will appear in “Smilin’ Through’’ tomorrow night. One of the most enthralling romances is made immeasurably greater with glamorous music and brilliant colour. Never has Jeanette McDonald been in better voice. The dramatic scene on the eve of her marriage to Aherne is one of the finest bits of acting yet to reach the screen. Patrons should not miss the Queen of Song’s most magnificent triumph.
