STATE THEATRE

“REBECCA” One of the greatest films ever brought to the screen, and the winner of several gold medals for merit in the United States, “Rebecca” will be shown tonight. A brilliant drama, telling a story of great power, it must appeal to picture patrons for the outstanding acting in evidence throughout. Sadness and sunshine are skilfully blended and the dramatic scenes are well proportioned. The acting brings out the essential points in the picture, forming a magnificent background for a high grade presentation. In less clever hands many of. the scenes would be spoiled. “Rebecca” is a picture which should not be missed by those who appreciate only the best.
