BETTER LIGHTING

IN WOMEN’S WARD. AT MASTERTON HOSPITAL. “It is splendid and I am very pleased,” observed Mrs S. Fletcher at today’s meeting of the Wairarapa Hospital' Board, when the ManagingSecretary, Mr Norman Lee, reported that the lighting in Ward 3 at the Masterton Hospital had ben improved. Mr Lee said that, in consultation with Dr. T. L. Parr (medical superintendent) it had been decided to alter the lighting system to one of individual lights for each bed. The work had been carried out.
