FROM WELSH SECTION OF BRITISH LEGION. INCREASE IN NEW ZEALAND WAR PENSION. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day. 11.10 a.m.) LONDON, June 15. The organising secretary of the Welsh section of the British Legion has sent a telegram to the New Zealand Commissioner (Mr W. J. Jordan): -—“On behalf of 320 branches, we cordially congratulate the New Zealand Government upon its progressive sense of responsibility to fighting men by the recent increase of the disability pension to £3.”
