AN APPEAL FAILS. (Bv Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, June 10. The appeal of B. C. Lee, Timaru, against the decision of the New Zealand Trotting Association in disqualifying him for five years, fining him £lOO, and disqualifying all horses owned by him for five years, has been dismissed by the appeal judges. The appeal deposit of £2O was forfeited, and Lee was ordered to pay £lO toward the costs of the association and £5 toward the of the conference. MANAWATU MEETING WEIGHTS FOR CHIEF EVENTS.
