The Axis repudiates President Roosevelt’s statement that it contemplates using gas, says the Berlin radio. It points out that President Roosevelt’s threat to carry out reprisals “brings to mind the fact that the Anglo-Saxons ,
always aim at creating an alibi for using weapons which are barred by international agreements.”
