The Canadian Bureau of Statistics reports that backward weather prevailed throughout spring in all fruit producing areas. The present outlook of the fruit cron is average to below average. The Bank of Montreal crop report states that wheat seeding in the prairies is virtually completed with the sowing of coarse grains well advanced. Owing to the late season the crops will be late throughout the Dominion.
