The latest in Paris is the oystershell hat. It is as near like an oyster as can be,- in two colours, the lower part of one and ,the upper of the other. It is set jauntily on the head at an angle, as though struck by a breeze from the sea. Ribbon or veiling tied beneath the chin keeps it on the head.
