GERMAN SPY
EXECUTED IN ITALY. ROME RADIO REPORT. y (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) LONDON, June 5. A German spy has been executed in Italy. The Rome radio reported that ‘LA military tribunal tried a German and two other citizens on charges of passing political and military information to the enemy. The German was sentenced to death, and this had already been carried out. The other accused were sentenced to life imprisonment and 30 years’ imprisonment respectively.”
