AGAINST JAPANESE BASES IN PACIFIC MINESWEEPERS LEFT BURNING IN CHANNEL. SEVERAL RAILWAY ENGINES DAMAGED. LONDON, June 6. R.A.F. planes based in Britain resumed their attacks on the enemy’s sea and railway communications today. Two enemy minesweepers in the Channel were attacked from mast height and left on fire. Several locomotives wore damaged.
