NOW IS THE TIME when they will put on layers of unprofitable fat unless they are fed a ration completely balanced for profitable egg production. They must not be forced, as this is harmful, yet they .must receive a ration that will stimulate natural formation and growth of the ova. The egg producing organs receiving unbalanced diets at this stage cannot become active, therefore,'’ the excess protein, etc., is stored away in the form of fat. Get your birds back into the “battle line”' right away by feeding a balanced “PROMINA” ration. If you have only six birds, buy a packet, 1/9.
