HOURS ON KING'S BIRTHDAY.
The following hours will be observed in connection with the Masterton post and telegraph office bn Monday (King's birthday): — The post office will be closed in all branches, and no mails will be despatched. Postmen's deliveries will be suspended. The Castlepoint private bagservices will be performed as usual. The Homewood, Stronvar and Te Wharau private bag and rural services will be performed on Tuesday, June 8, these mails closing at 8 p.m. on Saturday, June 5. The telegraph office will be open from 9 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. The telephone exchange will be open continuously.
