RABBIT BOARD

FARMERS FAVOUR FORMATION. MEETING THIS MORNING. A meeting of farmers representative of the Westmere, Ngahape and Taueru River area, held this morning, unanimously decided to form a rabbit board. Mr P. J. Borthwick presided. The meeting also agreed that it would be much better if a bigger area than the one represented at the meeting could be included in the rabbit board’s area. The hope was expressed that the meeting to be called in the near future by the Farmers Union to consider the setting up of further rabbit boards in the Wairarapa Would be largely attended.
