REGENT THEATRE

“ARE HUSBANDS NECESSARY?” “Are Husbands Necessary?” will be finally shown at the Regent tonight. It is the story of a girl who becomes involved in many flirtations with other women’s husbands. Ray Millard, Betty Field, Patricia Morison, Eugene Pallette, Phillip Terry, Lief Ericksen, Richard Haydon, Charles Durgle and Cecil Kellaway all have a part in this entertaining production. “BITTER SWEET” The outstanding picture in technicolour, “Bitter Sweet,” will be shown tomorrow night. Jeanette McDonald and Nelson Eddy have 'the chief roles and are heard in many catching melodies. The picture is a most spectacular one. and follows closely Noel Coward’s stage production.
