SHOT DEAD
, VICHY PROPAGANDA CHIEF IN MARSEILLES. MILITIA LEADER WOUNDED. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.10 a.m.) LONDON, May 30. Dr. Jean Bouisson, propaganda chief of the Marseilles branch of the French Militia, was shot dead last evening. The Vichy radio, announcing this, said Dr. Bouisson left his house in Marseilles with the militia leader Haudevin. Bouisson was shot through the heart when entering a car. Haudevin was injured in the left shoulder. His condition is not serious.
