PRODUCTION OF SHIPS. IN UNITED STATES. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, May 29. The 1000th Liberty ship has been delivered at New Orleans, said Vice Admiral Vickery, vice-chairman of the Maritime Commission. Congratulating American shipyards, he announced that Liberty ships were being delivered at the rate of four daily, and the delivery of ships of all types had reached five daily.
