LOSS OF GROUND
ADMITTED BY GERMANS ON RUSSIAN CENTRAL FRONT. SOUTH-WEST OF VELIKIYE LUKI. LONDON. May 26. The German radio admits# a temporary withdrawal from the main defence line south-west of Velikiye Luki, after a fierce Russian attack. There is no report from Moscow of fighting in this area.
