GOOD OPPORTUNITIES

FOR WOMEN AND GIRLS. Attention is drawn to an advertisement appearing elsewhere in this issue announcing the visit to Masterton tomorrow (Friday) and Saturday, May 29, of Sister Lindsay, Staff Matron for Messrs W. D. and H. O. Wills (N.Z.), Ltd., Petone.

The object of Miss Lindsay's visit is to give women and girls in Masterton and surrounding districts the opportunity of obtaining first-hand information and advice regarding the good wages and congenial conditions in modern factory employment. The manufacture Of cigarettes and tobacco entails many duties for which feminine hands are ideally suited and there are vacancies in this important, essential industry for women and girls, married or single. Previous factory experience is not essential. Comfortable board will be available for all girls engaged by Miss Lindsay. .
