REGENT THEATRE

“CAIRO.” The attraction at the Regent Theatre tonight is “Cairo,” adapted from the M.G.M. picture by Sebbens Mitchell. The leading roles in this musical comedy romance are taken by Jeanette McDonald and Robert Young. In this masterpiece, Jeanette McDonald renders “Keep the Light Burning Bright,” “Avalon,” “I Want to Go Back to Michigan,” “Beautiful Ohio” and “Home, Sweet Home.”

SUNDAY SCREENING. “Cairo” and a good supporting programme will be shown at the Regent tomorrow at 8.15 p.m., for members of the Allied forces only. Each member may bring two civilian friends.
