ATTACK ON FRANCE
ANTICIPATED BY PRO-AXIS WRITER. U-BOAT BASES AS OBJECTIVE. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, May 14. The British will attack first, as it is a matter of prestige with them.
