AGAIN TO ADDRESS U.S. CONGRESS BROADCAST TO BRITAIN > TOMORROW. im s PACIFIC WAR COUNCIL MEETING NEXT WEEK. LONDON, May 13. Mr Churchill is to address t , a joint session of the United. States Congress next Wednesday. At the White House today it was sta-, ted that Mr Churchill’s broadcast tomorrow evening would be almost entirely for Britain. Today’s meeting of the Pacific War Council had to be cancelled, as several of the members could not attend. It is planned to hold a meeting next week .when it is hoped Mr Churchill will be present.
