ANTI-WAR MOVE

BY GERMAN TRADE UNIONS. NEED OF DESTROYING HITLER. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, May 8. A private report which has been received in London says that German trade unions held a secret meeting in Berlin on April 30 and approved an appeal which was to be spread illegally among the German workers calling upon them to unite to end the war. The appeal declared, “There is only one way—to stand together to destroy Hitler.”
