NO SURRENDER

ACCORDING TO GOBBELS.

DESIRE TO CASH IN AT ONCE.

(By Telegraph—Tress Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.45 a.m.) LONDON, April 29. “Germany will never 'give in,” declared Goebbels, in an article in “Das Reich.” “Britain at present is scoring only relative military successes. Britain, from an absolute standpoint, has done nothing so far but lose. If the war ended today, we should have more absolute successes on our hands than the keenest optimist could have expected, whereas Britain’s balance sheet would show many more losses than were ever dtbaded by the deepest pessimist. We firmly hold a major part of Europe and are practically unbeatable unless we give in voluntarily, which is absolutely out of the question. That Should be clear to everybody, including out enemies, who allege that we have put out peace feelers, so that they are able proudly to announce that they have scornfully rejected them. This is plain wishful thinking.”
