WEEKLY MEETING.
ELEVEN NEW CLUBS FORMED
IN NEW ZEALAND
The weekly meeting of the Masterton Rotary Club was held at the Y.M.C.A. rooms today, when the president, Mr J. H. Cunningham, presided over a good attendance of members. Messrs F. M. Sheppard, Christchurch, A. W. Free, Wellington, and T. F. Thornton, Wellington, were guests of the club.
The president announced, amidst applause, that eleven new Rotary Clubs had been formed in New Zealand since the beginning of the year. The speaker for the day was Mr Frank Wells, who gave a most interesting talk on South Africa (a summary of which appears elsewhere in this issue).
On the motion of Mr A. Tatton, the speakei' was accorded a hearty vote of thanks for his informative address.
