TOTALISATOR UP £19,344 FOR TWO DAYS. * (“Times-Age” Special.) ■ A splendid day’s racing was witnessed by p large crowd at the concluding day of the Wairarapa Racing Club’s meeting at the Tauhfcreiiikau racecourse yesterday. The weatrier was beautifully fine and the track in good order, although a little on the sofi side. The totalisator investments yesterday
amounted to £22.716 10s against £10,714 on the second dav in 1941. For the meeting £47,036 10s went through the machine, against £27; 692 10s in 1941, an increase of £19,344. The events were put through smartly on time and credit is due to all concerned for the manner in which the meeting was conducted. Additional results to those published yesterday are:—■
