XTOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of the Wairarapa Counties Joint By-Laws Amendment By-Law, 1930, the Mauriceville County Council, by resolution dated the 12th day of April, 1943, has determined that, owing to weather conditions, the roads under its control within the County of Mauriceville. described in the Schedule hereto, while fit for heavy traffic up to: (a) Three tons in weight, in the case of transportation of any motor vehicle, and (b) One and one-half tons avoirdupois weight to each pair of wheels, in the case of the transportation of any other vehicle, engine or machine, will be unfit for heavy traffic exceeding such weights during the period commencing on the Ist day of May, 1943, and ending on the 30th day of September, 1943, and has by the said resolution ordered that heavy traffic exceeding the respective weights shall i during the said period cease on the roads described in the Schedule hereunder:— THE SCHEDULE.
