POISON GAS
BRITAIN AGAIN WARNS GERMANY.
(By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, April 21.
A, statement from No. 10 Downing Street, says that, reports having been received from various sources that Hitler is making preparations for the use of poison gas against Russia, his Majesty’s Government repeats the warning given by the Prime Minister last year, that the use of poison gas against Russia would be followed by the fullest possible use of gas against munition centres, ports and other military objectives throughout Germany. The statement adds that the British gas' resources and scale of delivery have greatly increased since last year. The necessary precautionary measures against reprisals have already been enjoined by the competent authorities throughout the United Kingdom.
