GOING TO UNITED STATES
REPRESENTATIVE OF SUPPLY
MINISTRY.
DEALING WITH ENGINEERING & HARDWARE NEEDS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Mr A. Anderson, of the head 'office of Messrs James J. Niven and Company, Wellington, is about to leave New Zealand for the United States on behalf of the Ministry of Supplies. He will be resident in Washington, where he will occupy a position of importance to the engineering and hardware interests of the Dominion. His term is for the duration of the war. Mr Anderson is a director of Consolidated Importers, New Zealand, Ltd., which acts as agent for the New Zealand Government in the bulk purchasing of certain items required by engineers and hardware wholesale distributors.
