VALUABLE SERVICE

IN THE MIDDLE EAST.

TRIBUTES TO NEW ZEALAND WORKS SECTION.

(N.Z.E.F. Official News Service.)

Addressed to the present garrison engineer, Captain C. S. Thomas, it reflects equally to the credit of all this section. “This unit of the Royal Navy,” it said, “will not soon forget how much it owes to "certain members of the military forces cf New Zealand.”
