BRITISH AND ITALIAN. AT LISBON & SMYRNA. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 9.30 a.m.) RUGBY, April 18. A Lisbon message says the exchange of 409 disabled Italian prisoners for 450 disabled British prisoners took place this morning on the steamer Newfoundland, which remained in the middle of the Tagus River. The British prisoners leave for England tonight. An Ankara message says an exchange of prisoners begins tomorrow at Smyrna, when the British hospital ships Tairea and Tellamba and the Italian hospital ship Gradisca and the transport Argentina arrive.
