The transfer to Turkey of five British freighters, aggregating about 25,000 tons, is one of the most important results of the Adana meeting, says “The Times’’ Ankara correspondent. It will do much to simply the lack of shipping from which Turkey is suffering. Britain is also increasing her coal shipments to Turkey.
