GERMAN MUTINEERS
4 SAID TO HAVE BEEN EXECUTED IN FLANDERS. WITH SEVERAL BELGIAN PATRIOTS. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Dav. 11.10 a.m.) RUGBY, April 14. Mutinous German soldiers have been executed, with several Belgian patriots, in a lonely spot in Eastern Flanders, according to information reaching the Belgian News Agency in London.
