The Croat Quisling, Lorkovitch, stated that sabotage in Croatia was in the hands of “murderers and incendiarists” —parachutists dropped by the British and Russians. Lorkovitch is quoted by the Berlin radio as saying that these men from Moscow and London set fire to crops, destroy food and sabotage supplies.
